The unprecedented gift of longevity is ours – but in order to enjoy it, we need to plan ahead, gain skills and insights into managing stress and avoiding the onset of dementia in our 80s (when 1/3 to ½ of the population will develop dementia, under the present circumstances). It doesn’t have to be that way.

In the Soul Spa Workshops, you will discover what is uniquely right for you as you navigate the changes in your life. Customize Your Retreat
How Long is a Retreat? Retreats last anywhere from one to four days. We adjust our content and exercises to meet the needs of your group. We do not lecture at you.  You will engage in sensitively designed experiences formulated to help you make your own discoveries. You will forge a path based on your own interests, needs and challenges. We will also help you set up an on-going support group to ensure the lasting effects of your Soul Spa Retreat. It’s all about paying attention and practising new habits, day by day, moment by moment.
